Instructions
Ignore this step if using an air fryer. Preheat oven to 400°F if using an oven.
Clean and cut the cauliflower into small/medium sized florets. If you’d rather not do this, you can buy a pre-cut and pre-washed bag of cauliflower at any grocery store.
Place all the cauliflower into a bowl. Throw in olive oil, buffalo sauce, pepper, and salt. Mix together until all florets are evenly coated.
Cook the cauliflower:- If using an air fryer: Place all cauliflower in the air fryer. Cook at 360°F for approx 20 minutes. Every 5 or so minutes, take the basket out and shake the cauliflower around, then continue cooking. Cook until all the cauliflower is slightly browned or until it reaches your desired level of crispiness.- If using an oven: Place and spread out all the cauliflower on an oiled sheet pan. Cook it in the oven for approx 30 minutes at 400°F. Every 10 or so minutes, move the cauliflower around with a spatula. Cook until it reaches your desired level of crispiness.
Serve with blue cheese dressing or any other preferred dipping sauce. Enjoy!
