Lazy Burrata Recipe (3 Ingredients)

A delicious and easy three-ingredient burrata dish that will transport you to a lunch at a little ristorante in Italy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 burrata
  • handful or two cherry tomatoes
  • pesto (recommendation: Trader Joe's Vegan Kale, Cashew & Basil Pesto)

Instructions
 

  • Grab a handful or two of cherry tomatoes. Wash and dry them. Place them on a plate or in a bowl. Mash them down with a fork.
  • Place the burrata in the middle of the plate or bowl on top of the tomatoes.
  • Drizzle pesto on top.
  • Optional: Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. If you want it spicy, sprinkle crushed red pepper on top.

  • Best served with bread and/or crackers.
