Good ole anxiety. Lots, if not most, of us have it. Some people may experience it in social situations, some might feel it most when their space is messy, and others may have it the worst when a big project is coming up. There’s so many different types of anxiety and it can manifest in so many different ways.
As stressful and lonely as anxiety can feel, you gotta remember that you’re not the only one feeling it. There are so many others who overthink like you do and stress over things that have happened, are happening, or have yet to happen. Sometimes when I’m feeling most anxious, I look for comfort in reading quotes. It feels good to relate to others and know that I’m not the only one who has stressed about a tiny event that happened 5 years ago. I thought it’d be a good idea to compile quotes about anxiety, some that are comical and others that hit a little too deep.
