I love working out, but I also love lazy days. Full transparency, there are some days where I can barely get myself out of bed. Something I’ve kind of fallen in love with recently is walking. Just walking. Exploring the beautiful city/neighborhood/area that I live in. Whenever I go on a walk I feel better than I did before going on the walk. Every single time. I highly encourage you to go on a walk and really take all of your surroundings in. It’s a great and suitable form of exercise and it doesn’t require too much effort and it’s a mood booster. So, if anything, go on a walk.
