Sometimes we just need to be reminded of how special we are. We need wellness reminders to be creative. I know it may be silly to read these words, but you, yes YOU, are so creative, unique, prepared, strong, and loved. We are all creative in our own ways. Whether you like being creative in an artistic way, or you like being creative in your work, or you like being creative in how you approach life, you are creative!

7. Let’s do what we love and do a lot of it.

9. The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.
10. Start of the week check in: I want to feel, I am lovable because, my top priorities are, what should I do for myself, how can I be creative, I want to learn…
